Welcome to my website! I created this place on the internet to help people like myself. I was in a place in my life once where I needed to read, hear, certain information to help me through tough times in my relationships (still do from time to time). Whether it be helping me guide myself out of abusive relationships, avoid abusive relationships, realize that I am indeed in an abusive relationship, or heal from abusive relationships.
I know what it’s like, I understand the complicated psychology of why we stay, and why we continue the cycle. This became a passion/obsession of mine to spread the word and help others through my horrific experiences.
